Family Support
Supporting you and your family -
Caring for your family can be very challenging, and often quite lonely. Knowing how to meet your child’s behavioural needs appropriately, or how to support your child’s learning at home is not always easy.
We understand those concerns and want to reassure you that you are not alone. We are here to help you and give you any guidance to make your job as a parent as easy as possible.
If you need help with accessing your child’s learning, homework or supporting reading, please contact your child’s class teacher in the first instance. They can guide you on how to help and resources to support you.
We have a dedicated Child and Family Support Worker. Her job is to help any family with meeting the needs of their children for example managing tricky behaviour or low attendance. She is trained to give guidance, support and help. She will share ideas, resources and tips to try. If you need further support she can signpost you to other organisations and facilitate the help required.
Please do not struggle on your own. Our door is always open, so do contact us to arrange a conversation so that we can work together to support your child/ren as best we can.
